One of the first big shows I did was shortly after I moved to Orlando at the Evolution Art Gallery. The Evolution Art Gallery was voted Orlando's Best Art Gallery for more than one year in a row and yet, a year later, it went out of business and closed its doors for good. Sill, this was a great show and I met fellow artist, Sharon Pollard and shared a booth space with her. I was one of the few artists that actually sold a thing from this show and it was just a print for $25.00 out of a wooden bin made out of scrap wood I put together the night before the show. Still, it was a great experience and I met some great friends that I sitll know today. |
